Creating an Event This session orients staff on how to add an event in YRRP EventPLUS. This includes how to create and register for events.
EventPLUS ARNG Standard Operating Procedures This live webinar will review the Standard Operating Procedure for events within Yellow Ribbon EventPLUS. You will see how to manage events Start to Finish including helpful tips and tricks along the way. It will cover Pre Event duties such as setting up an event, evaluations, submit funding forms, managing incoming registrations and printing name tags and other documents. During-event activities will cover tracking attendance and reviewing event reports. Finally, Post-Event activities such as uploading evaluations, submitting funding forms and completing the After Action Report.
EventPLUS Orientation This session will orient you to the YRRP EventPLUS application and how it can be used to support Yellow Ribbon events. You will see how Service Members and families can search and register for events. You will also learn about the event management and reporting features available to Event Coordinators.
Managing Attendance Through Barcode Readers This webinar will show Event Coordinators how to use the Barcode Reader to assist with event and session attendance tracking in YRRP EventPLUS. This includes printing name tags and breakout signs, tracking attendance and uploading scanned batch attendance in YRRP EventPLUS.
Managing Event Attendance This session orients staff on how to track individual and batch attendance, upload batch attendance for multiple events and generate event reports in YRRP EventPLUS. It is important to note, that not every role gives you permission to view reports in EventPLUS.
